Production Consultants Guild, Inc. is a leading provider of database and software solutions for the entertainment and music touring industry. These solutions efficiently plan, manage, communicate and archive touring events. Our flagship product, Master Tour Database manages logistical and production data for a wide range of musical entities, from small music bands to large scale tours and touring operations that oversee several bands. In addition to Master Tour Database, we offer implementation advisory services, on-site logistical consultation, technical support operations and post-implementation support. The combination of these offerings has provided our clients with a single source of product expertise, which has ensured a high level of customer satisfaction.
Over the past 4 years, the Master Tour Database application and information database has been an ongoing real world development project within the touring industry. It has fast become the industry standard for tour data management. Many of the industries top grossing artists, including Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, Black Eyed Peas, LeAnn Rimes, and Bonnie Raitt rely on the Master Tour Database to help plan, manage, and execute production and logistical information critical for a successful tour.
Behind the software are the PCG founders, Paul Bradley and Ian Kuhn, who co-developed Master Tour Database in response to an overwhelming need for production data support by Dave Matthews Band, one of the biggest touring organizations in the business. Sensing a broader demand for band resource management tools, Mr. Bradley and Mr. Kuhn started PCG and offered Master Tour Database" to a wide range of musical operations in the entertainment industry. Over the past three years, PCG and its product offerings have expanded. The primary drive to this success has been the on-going development of Master Tour Database" for many of the biggest music tours in the industry. With the bands' product input and live system usage, Master Tour Database has evolved into a robust and commercially viable entertainment support tool. PCG currently has over 500 independent users and tours using Master Tour Database in their touring and performing operations.
