MASTER TOUR DATABASE ·
REQUEST A DEMO
Designed primarily for use by tour managers, production personnel, tour
accountants, ticketing agents and management offices, this relational
database will ease the daily burdens of data entry and management commonly
found in touring productions. Unlike other, less road-friendly tour management solutions, Master Tour Database resides entirely on your own computer, with multi-user systems "syncing up" changes and additions when internet connectivity is available.
The Master Tour Database is a package of various "modules"
working together to manage all aspects of tour operations. The
program works instantly straight out of the box or, if need be, the individual
modules can be customized to the specific needs of any touring organization. Some of these modules include:
ITINERARY & LODGING ·
VIEW SCREENSHOT
Store logistical data for a tour such as hotels,
travel information and call times. Data entry is eased through the use
of intuitive look-ups and pull-down menus.
EVENT MANAGEMENT ·
VIEW SCREENSHOT
The Event Manger has been separated from the Itinerary
to allow for multiple events to be recorded for the same date. Venue
and promoter data is stored within this module as well as schedules,
local crew and detailed production data.
SETTLEMENT ·

Used by those responsible for event accounting and settlement.
This module incorporates expense tracking, tax calculations and allows
for customized data manipulation.
GUEST LIST ·

This module stores, lists and prints Guest List names and
data such as ticket payments, seat locations and credentials.
SET LISTS ·

Song Lists are printed and stored from within this module.
Various displays include views of set lists as written and as actually
performed. Several choices of print layouts are available for the varying
tastes and needs of band and crew.
ARCHIVES ·

includes layouts for storing and displaying such archival data as tape,
cd, video and multitrack recordings, guest artists, show ratings and
diary entries.
DAILY SIGNAGE ·

print of daily schedules and local phone sheets commonly used by touring

TOUR BOOKS & LABEL PRINTING ·
VIEW SCREENSHOT
There are many options available which
are built into this database that may be used for printed presentation
of data. From Itinerary Books to tape and archive labels, users will
find the printing capabilities of this database package to be both intuitive
and time saving.
FLIGHT MANAGEMENT ·
VIEW SCREENSHOT
Handles data of requested and confirmed flights
for tour personnel. Flight requests include a lookup of personnel travel
preferences including seats, meals, times and frequent flyer account
numbers and may be printed in a simple manner, easily interpreted by
travel agents. Reports are easily created and printed for confirmed
flights on a particular day or over a range of dates.
The database can run off of a single computer, can be shared on a local-network
through the use of a computer (either PC or Mac) running Filemaker Pro
Server software, or can be synced over the internet with any other computer
throughout the world that is running the same version of the program.
There are numerous passwords embedded within the database that allow
for varying levels of security and access to the different modules.
